I’m the heart and hands behind Stefanie Marie Says—a space where holistic wellness, intentional living, and handcrafted treasures come together. As a 3/5 Pure Generator, Holistic Health, and Spiritual Coach, I’m here to guide you to master and embody your own unique energy, make yourself a priority, and create an aligned, nourished, and grounded lifestyle.

My Journey

My personal growth journey began several years ago, inspired by an abundance of programs, masterclasses, books, certifications, podcasts, and working with incredible coaches. Through all this inner work, I’ve been able to peel back the layers of conditioned thinking, step out of my own way, and create a life and career path that truly lights my soul on fire.

Since 2004, I’ve immersed myself in holistic living and mindfulness, earning certifications in Holistic Health Coaching, Spiritual and Soul Purpose Coaching, and as a Reiki Master. I’ve been studying and embodying Human Design since 2019, and I am a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and intermediate herbalist certification. These experiences weave into everything I create, from handmade products to personalized wellness guidance.

When I’m not exploring the depths of holistic practices, you can find me spending time with family and friends, growing my plant collection, crocheting or knitting, traveling, or doing yoga.
